I'm up to 30 minutes every morning on my recumbent bike. It's in my bedroom so I don't have to wake up first and it's easy on my knees and feet.

Friends are in the city and I don't feel like driving there on a weekend. Family is away. When I got tired of feeling sorry for myself I went out and cleaned the chicken coop. Just feeling bleah.

Feeling a little sorry for myself; it's my birthday and life worked out so I'm alone today. Normally I wouldn't mind but today I do. Anyway, not eating cake but I did splurge and have mcdonald's for lunch.

I was just looking at the bodymedia and from the reviews it's being discontinued and replacement armbands are no longer sold. Sad. It looked like a good product.

I made the mistake last night of looking at myself in the mirror sideways. It was horrible, like Jabba the Hutt. Not a good motivator for me. I have to concentrate on doing this for my health and feeling better.

Goal: aiming for 6 days of exercise this week. I really want to make it a habit. The bike is sitting in my bedroom so there aren't any valid excuses.
