  • Thanks everyone! Andreaen I’m currently doing the Ideal Shape Up 12 week Challenge. Afterwards I’m hoping to move into a gym environment in order to be able to lift more in a safe manner. Thank you for the link Sardelsa, this will definitely come in handy!
  • Thank you! Yes I’m loving MFP so far, it makes it easier to see how bad potential food options are for me! Thanks to this I’ve cut out all sodas and have switched over to a no calorie no sugar energy drink at work. I’ve been maintaining my weight, but have seen the progress in the areas where I lost fat but gained muscle!
