Newbie to fitness here! My name is Kc and I’m 28 years old, 5’6, 130lbs, and my goal is to ultimately get healthy, and build a more athletic body. Right now I have a “skinny fat” body and I’m over it! I decided to finally stick with it due to poor leg circulation due to diet and lack of exercise. This is my third attempt to get in shape. I’m on week 6 of calorie counting and doing at home lifting exercises. I have no idea what I’m doing half the time, but I have an active job, and do workouts varying in intensity 6 days a week followed by a protein shake (8-16oz). The hardest part is figuring out what I should and shouldn’t eat. My hope is that when I’m done with my 12 week at home program that I can move to the gym and build and tone overall (especially that booty!). Any advice is welcome just shoot me a message!

Hi! I'm Rebeca, I'm 20 years old and 5'5', I'm also here for the "skinny fat" boody. I've lost 22 pounds so far (everyonce in a while I go off the wagon) and I love the app, makes tracking my food spool much easier. I live in different places at the same time so home workouts are my salvation! Hope you find MFP useful!0

Thank you! Yes I’m loving MFP so far, it makes it easier to see how bad potential food options are for me! Thanks to this I’ve cut out all sodas and have switched over to a no calorie no sugar energy drink at work. I’ve been maintaining my weight, but have seen the progress in the areas where I lost fat but gained muscle!2

Andreaen I’m currently doing the Ideal Shape Up 12 week Challenge. Afterwards I’m hoping to move into a gym environment in order to be able to lift more in a safe manner.
