I have the same problem - the 1200 calories is almost too much for me to lose any weight. I never eat back the calories I burn. I find if I eat nothing after dinner -7PM and just drink some decafe or herbal tea, I will lose a little the next morning. It is not easy to lose the last few pounds when you are already pretty…

I agree with you. I think if I ate back the calories I burned I would be gaining weight. I just can't do that.

Thanks everyone. It looks like I can eat 1/2 to a whole every day and still lose some weight. I know it is healthy, so I guess I just have to consider it in the fat portion as serving my fat for the day more or less.

Who has recipes for carbs under 50g total for the day. Just fruit and vegetables comes much higher. What are you eating to keep under the 50g? Please help.

I have been finding that when MFP adds back the calories I burned from exercise, I do not lose. I have to stick to the 1200 and that's it. Any one else have this problem?

Yes even not eating anything- you will weigh differently at different times in the day.Don't sweat it- just weigh in the morning and hope for the best.
