OPA - It is a greek yogurt based dressing. The Kalamata Feta is really good. Also 60 calories/2Tbls.

I also use an UP24. My exercise does add to my daily total of allotted calories. Go into the settings and poke around. My guess is something is set incorrect.

Amazing job. I love woodworking, but don't have the crazy skills it take to achieve those results.

Another 10 mile walk in the books. Two weeks until the 1/2 marathon. Feeling pretty good about it.

Sounds delicious. When calculating calorie content using fresh produce I use the calorie amount for each item, combine the items, and figure out how many servings it makes. Total calorie amount/servings should = calories/serving. I think this more accurate than trying to find something close, although I have done that also.

Welcome Karen. I've found being honest with myself to be the biggest benefit of all. In the same boat work wise (sitting), but I will not allow myself to use that as an excuse. Stay strong.

Up my step goal from 10,000 to 13,000.

Oktoberfest tonight. Not sure if staying within my calories is achievable. Goal is to stay as close as possible.

10,000 steps is my daily goal. I push myself to do more, but have felt lately the steps alone are not cutting it.

I've been slacking on my exercise for the past couple of days. Today's goal is 45 minutes on the elliptical in addition to my usual 12,000 steps.

Hello everyone. I'm from Washinton, about an hour north of Seattle. I'm 51, 5' 10", married 27 years, two kids. For my 50th birthday my wife an I went skydiving for the first time. I weighed 218, which was barely under the 220 max weight. Not a good feeling knowing your weight may prevent you from participating in things…

It is not always about weight, but body transformation. That is where pictures come in. Your weight may be staying the same, but your body is slowly transforming into a much leaner machine. Find what you do enjoy fitness wise and slowly work that into your routine. Stay Strong.
