When I went vegan, I did not want to leave my bed for a week. I was miserable. But since then, I lost 25 pounds and maintained for 2 months now. Just need to add excerise ! I pray to God for self control every day. But yeah, you can have sweets every now and then but not a whole bunch to the point where you go back to old…
