Ok I like your goals. I'm away next week. But will try and support your goals into mine the following. I'm eating 1200 calories a day and not loosing. So depressing I don't understand it.

I'm so frustrated I've ate 1200 calories a day walk an average of 7500 steps a day and I'm not loosing. Grrr
