A pass day for me, my third this month. I have no excuse, just kind of feeling diet/exercise fatigued. I ate within my calorie limit, but did nothing I can call exercise.

No real exercise today, a bit of walking and work around the house but I think I will call it a pass day. After 4 long gym days in a row I needed a rest. Otherwise I am fine, ate well and logged. For a pass day it was a good day!
