Putting on a pair of size 32 shorts yesterday, and they fit! A year and a half ago I was size 62. My jeans are still 34s, but that is pretty good as well. When I go to put on clothes now I am still amazed that something so small can go on my body.

No on both calories and exercise, but I did log everything. It was a travel day, flew back from Florida to Utah. I went less than 100 calories over my 1,500 goal, so nothing terrible. It was my first day over 1,500 calories in over a year. No winner's circle for me this month, but I am sure going to give July a shot!…

I am on vacation and not keeping up so well this month, but I have stayed under my calorie goal so far and am getting exercise when I can. No winner's circle in June for me, but I am doing my best. And the fishing has been great!

Yes, but too far under, I need to eat more, maybe I did some walking but did not keep track of how much, maybe I tracked my food but not exercise. I flew to Florida today, first day of my vacation, not a terrible start. I do not expect to stay on track this week, just doing my best.
