Try the classes at the gym. I hate the regular part of the gym.. I get bored and I'm not a good self/motivator. I do spin, yoga, pump, TRX and dance classes and I love them! So fun. I actually made friends and they help keep me on track, and I look forward to going... Good luck!

Try eliminating wheat. I was plateaued and read a book about wheat and how it affects the body. Since I stopped eating it 4 months ago I have dropped weight like crazy. Also be sure to exercise.

I love your shift dress!! I have bought a ton of dresses. And SHORTS! I am Finally confident wearing my bathing suit and shorts! No more Florida summers wearing pants!

I lost 86 lbs in 2012. I gained it back during 2 back to back pregnancies and got up to 294 lbs. I have been doing MFP and exercising since July and have lost 43 lbs! You can do this. Screw that doctor's negativity.

Also- I keep my food diary open (not private) and it also helps me stay accountable because people can see what I eat.

I can totally relate. I have been battling my weight since I was probably 8 years old. Logging all of my food, even when I have a day that I over eat really helps me.
