I'm added you and if you go vegan like I have the weight will drop I have lost 30 pound in 1 mouth eat as much calories and food as I want no drugs or pills. Being vegan on rawtill4 is amzing and I keep this life styel cuz it's tastes so good and I can eat as much as I want lose Or maintain wight it's great.

I'm 5 feet tall to and hade the same thing I'm 120. and if your bindging and weight gos up and down you probably have metabolice damage do to anarexia or bulimia binging or calorie restriction. Me I'm vegan so you don't worry about how much you should eat witch I LOVE. I'm 120 so all you have to do is eat till your full and stop. so be vegan on 80/10/10 or rawtill4 or just be vagan and you can eat as much as you want and even lose or keep your weight the same. Hope this helps.
