Okay so I've changed my goal to maintain. Now up in the corner of my page it now says gained instead of how much I've lost is this right?

Also I weigh 126lbs so should I be taking in 126grams of protein? When I set my macros and put my protein to as close as my weight as possible it's leaving me no option but to either have my carbs up at like 249grams or fat up to 77grams! Any help? I want my protein to be about 124g and my fat and carbs to be at an okay amount not too high! Or can I just put them to that and just not eat that amount of grams?

    Don't know about the gaining/losing.

I do know that you can manually determine macros in grams under goals.
If I remember correctly, for people who are grying to build muscle:

0,6-0,8 grams of protein for every lbs bodyweight
0,4-0,45 grams of fat for every lbs bodyweight
Other calories can come from carbs.

Me I'm vegan so you don't worry about how much you should eat witch I LOVE. I'm 120 so all you have to do is eat till your full and stop. so be vegan on 80/10/10 or rawtill4 or just be vagan and you can eat as much as you want and even lose or keep your weight the same.
    Hope this helps.
