I ordered my scale yesterday, i had no idea weihht and cups its not the same and that can cause overeat ... I cant wait to start track properly and compare the cups vs weight.

Thanks .. i was feeling all over the place looking for the issue. I do enjoy the fasting helps me control those late night snack that are my doom. I use a lot of generic entry so im gonna try to use accurate one like u told me. Thanks for the support! ,🤗

No i track it by cup or servings like i egg 2 turket bacon 1 cup of veggies .. but i dont have a scale to weight my food
