Yes its sustaining the weight that i find hard to do as my metabolism is very fast. I don't exercise as such but am walking around active all day with work. I've been reading other posts and see I should be doing short reps but heavy weights..I'm not confident to go to the gym yet but..one day :blush:

Thank you I will definitely add avocado and nuts to my shakes..I appreciate ever ones support. Alot of people don't understand this problem so it helps to receive positive feedback <3

yes that's what he suggested..I still didn't gain weight when adding an Ensure shake to each meal..

Great comments here..I too am trying to put on weight..I'm 39 weigh 46kg height 5ft 2 bmi 18.5 so have just started a 2500 high calorie diet..day 3 and I am forcing myself to keep on target. Liquid form seems easier for me so at least 500 calories are from shakes etc..gd luck to all :#

I don't have a nutritionist so I'm taking this Apps word for it..I've been to my doctor and he prescribed me Ensure which after completing 2 large runs..my weight had decreased by 2kg..I'm not going back as he never has been any help :/

Its the first time I've ever done any program of this sort so I just found out what calories are..if I keep this up I will gain .5kg a week which for me will be a miracle. Here's hoping :#

I don't exercise as a routine but I live a busy active lifestyle through work etc..I've been told I have a fast metabolism :(
