I have stopped saying no for a long time now, the last two pages have been all of you bullying me and making fun of me. Is everyone feeling good now? Does it help if I say I don't feel well at all? Can we end this now?
-
Bur at this point, what is happening now is that you are bullying me. I am one person and the majority are now making fun of and twisting everything I have said. I hope you have achieved what you wanted.

Thanks, that fat american remark was also in response to a nasty remark made by someone else first. I have no need to start things, but I will defend myself.

Here is the point, even if I said no no no and no forever, there is no need for people to start bullying me. I think making fun of badminton is kind of a low blow.

Really, I am the one being nasty? But people are insulting the sports I do, they are insulting me because I used a hyperbole and then saying I have said anywhere that science can be altered! Nowhere have I said "science can be altered". Nor have I taken every test possible, I am taking them. I had normal thyroid levels,…

@acorsaut89 Depends on what level you play it. Like I said, I play both tennis and badminton and competitively. There is such a thing as pro badminton and I am doing it, only because it isn't as prestigious as tennis doesn't make it less real. I have sacrificed much to get to where I am and I also love it. There are a lot…

@PeachyCarol The problem are quite nasty remarks and suggestive insults from some. Is there a need for that? Is there a need to attack me personally? No, what you say is not harsh, you are not being rude. But a lot of comments have been and it hasn't made me want to listen to any of them.

No, I ate between 1500-1800 because that is exactly what this app also suggests and every single nutritionist on earth. There you go, happy now.

If I can manage on 1000 cals a day I can cut out 500, but I hope I won't get dizzy again, that is all. I'll see how it works for a while, thanks @rabbitjb

I've lost weight before, when it was needed before competition etc. I've done it several times and haven't done anything different than now. Of course I check exactly how much I eat, I prepare my portions for every meal each day. I don't just throw random things into a smoothie. I wrote this post to see if there is anyone…

The list is very big of things you can eat. Those are just very calorie rich ones that she listed. I especially like raw vegetable smoothies. I liquify a lot of what I eat. I don't like the "heavy" feeling. I avoid acidic fruits too and eat oats and other soluble fibres. Your tummy is the cause of so many other things, so…

I only eat fish and vegetables for once. And only vegetables that don't make me bloated, which would be broccoli etc. I didn't gain 15kg in a year, that's very different. I did 3 months of training of cardio on average 4 hours a day 7 days a week + 4 days of weight training. Got very strong but also gained probably the…

No, I specifically said that the person saying he needs to shake his head at a comment that I made, is rather rude. I put their name in the comment specifying who I said didn't need to treat me like I am stupid. What's going on here? Yes there are good and bad foods, you not knowing that shows you don't understand, not me.…

There is no need for treating me like I'm stupid. Your comment is unnecessary DrEnalg. Especially if you didn't understand what I was trying to say by it.

Well for once, I am on FODMAP because I am also taking medication for IBS. I'm in the uk so I don't pay for my visits to the gp/hospital. I've always had it easy to gain muscle as well. I've been very athletic throughout my younger years and I'm closer to Serena than Sharapova in body type. What I tried to say was simply…

I haven't logged properly on here, I've used the fitbit app. But I'm gonna start logging here again. I know pretty well what I am eating and not as I'm a medical researcher. I've had everything from food and nutrition to physiology and so on. My food plan is also done by professionals and checked every now and then. Thanks…

I don't and it would 't make sense anyway......I ate the same when I was off training because of my injury and I didn't gain any weight during that time. I only gained through the time I was training. Training actually makes me less hungry and I can end up eating very little, which of course isn't idea, either. I've been…

I haven't been overeating, in fact I am constantly under my calorie goal. I eat a special diet too, FODMAP, which are just easier digestible foods, so no lactose and low gluten etc. Sure I've noticed I am getting muscle both around my legs and arms, noticeable biceps and forearms, but that isn't 15kgs. Just very…
