Have you been drinking enough water? Your body may be running a bit low on fluids and so will hold on to the extra weight. The water will flush your system and help to lose those last few pounds. good luck!

I said no to buying pizza out. I bought all the fixings and made my own and stayed well within my calories! It was so delicious and I wonder why I have never done this before. Plus I have more in the freezer for another meal another day.

I marinated it in lemon juice, olive oil , garlic, basil and parsley.. the I baked it just till it flaked.. It was juicy but gross... LOL. Mustard might have worked as it would definitely had hid the flavor.. What I did to get it down was smother it in mild salsa..

It was my first time cooking it so maybe I did cook it too long. Thank you all for the feedback. I still won't ever eat it again though. What finally got the taste out of my mouth was peanut butter... LOL.. Yes I counted the calories.. Linda

mr howell..You can do it! Just take it one day at a time and one pound at a time. My doctor says not to look at the numbers but at how much healthier you are eating and how good it it for your body and all over well being.
