Other than getting into my 30s and wanting to get/stay in shape for health reasons....I got dumped by my live-in boyfriend of two years back in June. I know I’ll run into him some day, hoping to be at my goal weight when I do.

I agree. This is a huge downfall for me as well, I try not to keep comfort or junk food around for that exact purpose.

Thank you, and yes I’m pretty self aware so now all I have to do is practice putting it in action. I’m back to my meal plans today, going to get a workout in after work, and get back on track.

Everyday is a new day. You’re going to have days where you didn’t do as great as you could have...I hate those days.
