4.1 lbs...

Okay so I know that 4.1 is not a lot of weight in 5 weeks, but I have this 4 lb. dumbbell that I use and when I pick it up, it’s something. That feels good!!!

    If it’s gone for good the time involved is of little consequence. Do yourself a favor and try to forget the calendar.

    Imagine that the 4 pound weight was once hanging on your body...that’s awesome!! Seeing numbers change is always great, no matter how little!

    I remember when I lost the first 10 pounds. It took a long time, and I was complaining to my husband that it didn't seem like a lot. He handed me a 10-pound dumbell and told me to walk around with it for a while. Point taken.

    4 ? I believe you can do 6-8 ! Never give up
