Lol I had to ask it maybe a stupid moment ... Any recomendations on a minimal fat bulk ? ie lower surplus ie 200 or 300 ?

I've been to my GP plenty times , Had an MRI scan i barely fit in that thing had to go in with my arms above my head .. mri was clean , seem to think its muscular.. and Really pops ? lol i'm on lunch break at work

I am rather large for my size in all honesty , I've avoided squats and deadlifts purely due to the pain as i assume it would worsen it ? my legs are roughly the same size as my upper body also. I do a lot of lat pull downs and other back building movements. I have done physical therapy and to be honest it hasn't helped.

i have calipers in the house i can use , i think it might still be a bit high , I'm concerned that if i cut beyond 90 days my lean mass will suffer ? i've cut from 15 stone 7 to 14 stone 8 still got 30 days to go . I train 3 days a week chest/ triceps Monday back/biceps Wednesday Legs and shoulders Friday
