I actually prep most of my meals Sunday if I can because that's the day I have the most time to do it :) helps stay on track and not eat fast food with the guys at work!

Short term: lose 6-10lbs Mid term: lose 20lbs by October Long term: lose 30lbs Lifetime: continue to lose a little more but also start to tone more and gain more muscle! And be able to keep the weight off and learn how to eat healthy.

Welcome!! :) when you say juicing do you mean you only drank and didn't actually eat anything? I would never do this, once you're off it I'm sure you'll binge eat and gain it back. One meal replacement drink I think is doable.
