  • Luna bars, triscuits and low fat cheese, fruit, granola bars (not the Quaker oats ones! They have too much sugar)
  • Add protein to your salad! try different kinds of lettuce. add cheese, add lots of veggies, beans. Add stuff so that it doesn't look mostly green. I really don't like lettuce so it's okay if you have less lettuce than others things

  • I'm currently vitamin D deficient. It's just from lack of sunlight. Get the levels back in the right place and weight loss should be the same. Your body isn't going to get rid of stuff if it doesn't have enough of something
  • People think breakfast cereal is terrible but if you get one with lower sugar, they have lots of vitamins and good stuff in them. So that's top of my list: -cereal -Luna bars and maybe some fruit on the side -whole wheat toast with lox -omelette with onions, peppers and low fat cheese
