Cutting for 1 month now. Been going30 days straight, no rest days. I'm gonna up my calories to 1800 and squeeze some rest days in there. Thanks for your advice.

Do you think I should up my calorie intake a little since I lift weights and do cardio 5 to 6 times a week? Was thinking 1700 to 1800 calories

Comes out to almost 7 pounds in 5 weeks when I log my diary on average. I've read to do 1 pound a week and that's the goal, but I don't know how many calories I burning lifting weights. Any suggestions?

It's not gonna be easy, but it can be done. Live and die by your meal plan, set your calories for the day and try to create a deficit. Your doing the cardio and weights already do your on the right track. Give the diet 10 weeks so your metabolism and body gets used to the way you are eating and I'm sure you'll get great…
