Are you all out of your minds never take candy which is mostly sugar over any type of protein bar. Sugar is just a quick fix and will leave you hungary in 30 min and does nothing to satisfy your bodies need for fuel. Part of this diet process is to retrain our bodies and our minds to not feed our bodies junk like sugar…

You are in charge it is your life and if you want to live it fat and miserable then drink-up with your friends and dont complain. If you like being healthier then be strong and explain to your friends how important it is to you to be healthy. If they can not help you then are always going to give you a rough time about it…

Yes log and stay with it good or bad. I am phy disable so I do not exercise as often as most and I dont want to be tempted with extra calories so I do not log my exercise......I do water exercise 3x a wk

If it had a Bad Taste then it is just bad overcooking will dry it out but not alter the taste. Did you use any spice or seasoning? Maybe try buying another piece and cook it skin side down with Mustard on the top side. If you like Mustard???

I am new here also and I hope it works. I saw a lady this morning on the Today show who had lost like 150lbs and she said she attributes her success to this site MFP so I am giving it a try so far better then on my own down 2 this week. I am learning a lot from charting my intake. It is almost fun.. Good luck all......

The great thing about tracking it allows you to see where and how you get off course and you can make changes before it is habit. Tracking enables you to see things much clearer.

Hello I am 55 yrs old and I was born with a spinal deformity that makes it impossible for me to do much exercise or be on my feet. Knees hips and lower back all give me pain. The last few yrs I have gained some weight and the pain has gotten worse. Walking in the pool helps the back and hip pain but nothing for the weight.…
