Hey everyone,

After long break I have again started to focus on my diet, because of the stubborn fat sitting around my belly.
Can someone please guide me, what can I eat in breakfast instead of eggs. I am vegetarian and dont consume egg.

Thanks in advance :)

My go to breakfasts are protein smoothie, toast and avocado, toast and natural peanut butter, overnight oats, or hot oatmeal ( usually with flax/chia/hemp/pumpkin seed combo) . I also love a tofu scramble on the weekends with sprouted groan bread ( make sure you use medium firm tofu it makes all the difference.

I prep oatmeal in tupperware on Sundays to take to work every morning. I add different things every week to mix up the flavors. This coming week I'm having pumpkin pie oatmeal. It's just 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, and 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. I add hot water once I get to work and let it sit a couple minutes. Sometimes I add dark chocolate kisses that melt when I add the water. So yummy!
