I'm now 167lbs trying to get to 126lbs and I'm 5'5". It's been a real battle to get this far but I know my work isn't done yet.

Hi!!! I'm also 31 and a mum of 2!! I had my within 18 months of each other and lost no weight between them and just kept putting on more till I hit 224lbs!! It hasn't been smooth sailing but I'm still at it which is what counts 18 months later from starting point I'm now 167lbs with 41lbs to go. Please add me xx

Add me guys!!! I had my babies in 2013 and 2015 and my body just exploded and I couldn't get it under control. It's been a long and hard road but I'm still on it lol. I started out at 224lbs but now 167lbs with 41lbs to go. We can do this!!

An ex of mine loved pouring vinegar on his tuna mixing it up and then salt and pepper to taste. I used to think he was so weird and then I tried it one day and honestly loved it.

You can do this!!!! I started with a goal of 98lbs to drop and was so depressed when I though about the figure as a whole and I was so disappointed to even be in that situation. However just take it day by day, week by week and the results will come. I started at 224lbs and I'm now 167lbs at my last weigh in so just 41lbs…

Chocolate, cakes, magnum ice creams and meat. I have cut all of them out for now as I can't do moderation lol.

Don't worry about it. I binged for 3 days non stop and refused to log as it would have messed with my head a lot more if I knew exactly how much I ate. Just draw a line under it and start again tomorrow. We all do it so don't get down about it.

I started out at 224lbs with a 98lb weight loss target and I've now got 41lbs to go till goal weight of 126lbs. Looking for friends now as I've been doing it on and off. Sabotaging myself for so long and destroying my progress. However this time I know it's for real so please add me people xx

Count me in!!! I need something to make sure I keep going and don't fall back into bad habits. Funnily enough the more clothes I can wear to hide my weight the more I gain!!!

Well done you!!! You've lost a lot of weight too. Judging by what's being said an 8 would not be 119lbs which is fine. I'm more concerned with the size of the clothes and not the weight on the scales so I'll see how I go.

Thanks for the replies guys. I am fully aware that every woman is an individual and we all carry weight differently but I just needed a rough idea to know whether my target is about right.

This week wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I lost 3lbs but my diet wasn't the best although I eat only during my feeding window. SW 187lbs W1 182lbs W2 179lbs GW 126lbs 53lbs to go!!
