I'm soooooo excited today!!!! IF for one full week has shifted 5lbs!!! I have been at 187 for over a month and I have been walking everywhere and eating well but couldn't move from that number granted I wasn't counting calories at the time but i wasn't eating badly. Warrior is IF too just a shorter window and you are encouraged to eat your meal later at night and mainly protein I think.

I'm doing IF too. I fast for 19 hours and then eat 1350 cals when I'm eating later in the day. I love it!!!!! It has really helped to stop me bingeing because in that 5 hours I'm stuffed and can't eat a single thing after my window closes. I have one giant binge from 12pm till 5pm and stuff in 1350 cals. It's the only way of eating for me right now that has helped me to enjoy weight loss as a journey and not a chore. You can experiment with your meals and see what you like best.

Walking is my only exercise as I have two little tikes with me constantly and no access to a car right now so this challenge is great for me as I will rack up the numbers inevitably. I don't eat any of my workout cals back but I've heard the app is designed for you to eat the cals back. I don't see the point in doing that though. James is right. I didn't have a plan after the loss and I went straight back to how I ate before the weightloss and I put on 3stone!!!! Haha!!! So now here to do it all again with calorie counting and exercise ;) ;)

Speaking from my own experience I would say it can be done. However I don't know your starting weight. I lost 28 pounds a year ago and went from 15st to 13st.
