Female, 23 5'4" Highest weight: 224 Current weight: 206 Goal weight: 150-ish I've gotten down as low as 178, but I've been slipping lately and am ready to get back to it! I post every day when I'm counting, and I'm not always positive, but I'm always real! Looking for as many friends as possible.

The first thought that comes to my mind when I want to skip a work-out is that "I don't feel like it right now" well, I've come to realize that I'm never (or at least VERY rarely) going to WANT to go. I just have to make myself go every time. Motivation will come and go, but remind yourself of your larger goals.
