Hello! How can I stick to daily workouts? In need of that "push".

Our own thoughts/doubts/overthinking can be our obstacle. When you start to talk yourself out of a workout, tell yourself, this isn't punishment. I'm doing this to improve myself and my life.0

The first thought that comes to my mind when I want to skip a work-out is that "I don't feel like it right now" well, I've come to realize that I'm never (or at least VERY rarely) going to WANT to go. I just have to make myself go every time. Motivation will come and go, but remind yourself of your larger goals.0
