Well what I do is limit my calories to a deficit amount so the recommended is 1,200... I take in 1,000 and I use the elliptical 45 minutes a day 7 days a week. You can do it! Just remember it's not a diet it's a life style! Think of all of the positive that will come out of eating healthier. Now that I've been eating healthier whenever I used to have "cheat" days I'd get sick from the calorie over load!
