I hope it's ok that added myself.... i've had a stomach virus for so long that i wasn't really losing weight so i slacked off on MFP all together ... sorry :( I am happy that didn't gain weight though :)

Hi everyone! I hope I can join you too! My goal is to lose 100 lbs and I've been using MFP since July. I'm down 40 lb so far but I feel like I've started to lose my motivation and I don't want to start slipping back into old snacking habits with the holidays coming.

I know how you feel. I started in July and am down 40 lbs so far. It's difficult sometimes with no support, but we can all do it :)
