Yeah, all those Victoria's Secret models are actually terribly ugly in real life and weigh 200 kgs. Don't give into the lie!!!!11

Oh duh. I thought you were going 11 weeks without any weight loss. It is perfectly fine that you did not lose any weight in one week. That happens. And weight fluctuates a lot, from waste and water.
-
Then you calculated your TDEE wrong and you need to lower your calories.
-
You either overestimate your burnt calories from exercise, or you underestimate your consumed calories. Maybe both. Make sure you weigh everything. No cups, no serving sizes, no tablespoons, weigh it. Get a digital food scale if you don't have one.
-
You need to reduce your overall body fat percentage, you cannot spot reduce. Eventually, the stomach fat will go away. If you are unlucky, it will go last.
-
I guarantee you that anyone who has any financial stake in looking good, like Taylor Swift does, or like Audrey Hepburn did, keep an eye on their diet and exercise and work hard on that. And everyone can count calories, so this one is not due to any genetic privileges. That goes for men and women in that industry both. Of…

I'm guessing they are sort of wobbly and if it was a triangle the tip would droop and get cheese everywhere or something.
-
If men and women cut the same amount of calories, then they will be just as hungry as the other... since the TDEE of a woman is smaller anyway.
-
Why would they? If a man and woman have the same calorie deficit, they'll lose in the same timeframe.
-
I like the ones who want to stay fat. Makes me look better in comparison. Hey, if the trend towards obesity continues, I might even be considered attractive one day, belonging to the meager rest of people who are not overweight. :D
-
Can't be that good if you need to do it again...
-
Lost muscle mass, gained fat instead, possibly.
-
Damn, some people fish for excuses anywhere they possibly can. The stars are probably not right for weight loss either, and don't forget to sacrifice to the gods, but only organic.
-
Get back to a calorie deficit.
-
If your testosterone levels are the same as any other man your age, then use a TDEE that is calculated for male people. But at your height (and mine) you won't be getting a lot of calories anyway, testosterone won't save you. Small people problems. :D Mine is set to 1200.
-
I hope he pays you for all this effort you put into a project that will fail. This lazy, selfish manchild is obviously good at manipulating, so this will go nowhere.
-
You're not just gonna start building muscle. Especially not in a calorie deficit, that is really hard.
-
Carbs don't matter. What matters is calories and yes, if you eat in surplus, you will gain weight. A pound is about 3500 calories, so you'll gain about 3 pounds of fat. Edit: Wait, you did not eat 10k surplus calories, but maintenance calories and excess add up to 10k calories. No way to know how much fat you gained then.…

Ah, the plight of small people. But you also need to spend less on groceries, so there's that.
-
Go for it, there are so many vegan resources for all kinds of recipes including junk food these days.
-
You don't need to eat back your exercise calories. Plenty of people do fine doing just that.
-
Eat less or move more to be in a calorie deficit. No way to spot reduce, I am afraid. It is genetic.
-
There is no such thing. Unless someone was dying, and even then they would still lose weight, the body can't magic calories out of thing air. If you actually gained fat, you were in a calorie surplus. It might just be normal fluctuation from water and waste. A calorie deficit will get you back down to your goal weight if…
-
And you still have 51 lbs to lose? What did you eat to become overweight if you sometimes can't even reach 600 calories now? Can you add some of the things from before, obviously in lower quantities?
-
Is all your food horrible? Too tired and lazy to cook? How about easy stuff to get in the calories like milk + cocoa or protein powder or something. Low effort for both making and consuming.
-
Did they ask those people what they deem fat-shaming? Some professional victims consider the doctor telling them their fat is killing them shaming, or buying two airplane seats.
-
More water, less sodium, sweating.
-
Good job with the blood. I read that title differently at first, thought what a rude doctor.
-
Probably for the kind of thinking that occasionally evolves out of these excuses: fat is totally healthy.
-
There's an awful lot of them. Starvation mode, muh metabolism, corn syrup, sugar, fat, carbs, I work 25 hours a day and have a trillion kids, all the gyms are populated by intimidating roiders, broke every bone in my body, people don't support me, can't afford counting calories, muh genetics, too many toxins in my body,…
