thank you for the responses! It's the generic form of it. I'm hoping it doesn't impact my weight and does what it's supposed to do. I will definitely research the magnesium. I've heard it's good for a lot of things.

me! Joined aug of this year and love it. Did my first Dri-Tri (OT's version of a triathlon) and hell week was last week. This is the only gym that has kept me motivated to go back. love the energy and the workouts are great. The coaches are amazing!

I feel your pain... my hair takes 30 mins to blow dry (its thick) and 20 mins to flat iron.... After I run its gross and I can't use the dry shampoo.... I haven't found a solution. just sympathizing with ya!

I use the flashlight feature on my cell phone and just point it at the ground. If I'm crossing the road I will shake it side to side to make sure I'm visible but I use it more for me, not face planting.

I understand. I'm 5'2 and im at my heaviest. Even while pregnant... I didn't weigh what i weigh now. I'm at 123 My lowest was 95 but I can't sustain that. I will be 39 in a couple of months and would like to be at 110. My clothes make me feel miserable... I can't even get my leg into most of my jeans. I was an avid runner…
