When I stick to tracking ALL food and cut out the goodies, I lost weight and WOW felt much better. Now trying to stick to the exercise and tracking all is a bigger challenge with COVID 19 and being home more.....I can do it and am working hard for success and anxious to get to goal and maintain......Determination and FOCUS…

Congrats to you. You are an inspiration to me and I need to stick to my food log much better. I eat healthy but sometimes buy the forbidden food too often......I am going to try to really WORK at it now and try much harder to lose the weight. Thanks so much.

I have tried several kinds of PB and I think most are high in calories and fat. I just make sure to measure ONE TBS. out to add to toast. Portion control is important in my opinion.
