Motivation since I have returned to myfitnesspal
Is there anyone out there that can give advice on how to lose the weight and keep it off? I started back to myfitnesspal and love the tracking with calories. It does help to know I was eating too big of portions before and have now started to be more careful with this. Thanks.

I found 3 breads that I enjoy. Orlando Seedilicious true grains is 70 calories for 1 slice. Heinen's or Marc's are best place to find. Dave's Killer bread seed organic is 70 calories. Nickles 35 calorie breads, I like the light multigrain.

I seem to be at a standstill with losing
I have lost 13# since July when I started the fitness pal losing and exercise along with my diet plan. However the last few weeks I seem to be at a standstill and not sure what I am doing wrong.
