I am enjoying the fitness pal and log my meals and snacks and activity.
I was losing at first and now am sort of at a standstill. I am trying to figure out how else to
lose. I do exercise 5x a week and log 1350 calories recommended daily. Any ideas on how to
get this to help me lose more. (I did lose 13 # so far, but now nothing, lately.

Congratulations on your loss so far - great progress
Are you weighing your food? If not, I'd definitely suggest doing so. It may be that your portion sizes are a little on the high size. Before I weighed my food, I was over-eating by around 300 calories per day as I was wrongly guessing my amounts.0
