Hi, I was active here in 2015 and then ended up going off this website and on to Spark.com and WW. Had some health problems and now working on this to stay more active the past 3-4 weeks.
I am NOW BACK here daily posting my food for all meals and snacks. I also do WW with the meetings and food ideas from them
I am happy to be back here since I know the calories do count and I want to lose weight and keep it off for good.
Hope to be motivated and make a few friends here to get support and give support for losing weight and staying active.

Motivation is generally fleeting. Commit to tracking/logging faithfully for the next 30 days for starters, you'll find that in time it becomes a habit/natural.

Buy a food scale if you don't have one.
