  • I know the feeling! I'm constantly waking up with the intention to work out and eat healthy but some days those extra graham crackers left on my daughters plate are just too darn tempting. I've found that actually tracking what I'm eatting has really helped me to stay in check though.
  • I'm hoping to lose 40 pounds by December too! Good thing is I actually lost weight during pregnancy but gained it all back and more after she was born.
