Try making pizzas on wraps a little pasta sauce/tomato purée with some veg that u do like and then a small sprinkling of cheese on top this is a very low carb and fat pizza with lots of vitamins from the veg but still feels nice and substantial and tasty! Hope this helps ☺️ x

Um Thanks all of u for telling me I'm lazy ... It was simply a question as I'm actually not allowed to loose any more weight (my bmi is 17.6 ~ underweight) and was wondering if there were other ways of looking slimmer as I'm still incredibly unhappy with my body and thought it might be healthier than risking my weight…

I use frozen fruit and some yoghurt/milk so that the end result is a smoothie which actually tastes like ice cream it's so good!

Try chewing ice or gum it helps and drink lots of water before meals. Drink green tea in the morning to boost Ur metabolism and hot water/herbal tea after eating oily food to break down the oils hope this helps x
