Thank you all so much for your kind words and encouragement!!! It really does mean a lot and I have took each and everything said to me to heart and I also went and read all those posting ... I've been reading everything on this site all day. I'm trying to get as well informed as possible!

That's actually really good advice because from what I've seen online I was assuming doing a low calorie diet and cardio would be what I needed to start asap but after this morning I'm wondering if I may be over doing it right off the bat?
