  • I lost 9 lbs the first week. The weight loss has slowed down a bit lately... 3 months and 20 additional lbs loss later, but pushing forward. Just started getting back into the gym. Feeling great.
  • I'm keto since August. My macros have been on point lately. I track regularly and my diary is open to friends. Could use some inspiration on my feed, so feel free to add me. :)
  • Been strict keto since September. Have lost 28 lbs. Stalled recently, but just started going to the gym in hopes of sparking up the weight loss again.
  • This is my first week, 5th day, of keto. I've lost 9 lbs. Probably mostly water weight, but weight none the less. Excited about the future. :smile:
