I do the same thing as well. I'm trying to change my emotional eating. When I feel the urge I go read or I clean. Try something different when you get the urge. Easier said then done. But with time it gets better

I have been there.. I struggle with the same issues. I get stressed then stuff everything I can find. But I used the same steps as mentioned above. Oh yeah I need to lose about 80 pounds so I am in the same boat. My work is the same way. We have to candy buckets plus doughnuts all the time. It is tough but I have been good. Its hard but so worth it.
