OK this is better.... Latest Update Friday, 6/26/2020, 3:41pm PST Hello, Our team performed scheduled maintenance the evening of June 25th, on one of our databases that affects step tracking. This maintenance is to aid in fixing the issues described here and will last through the weekend and into next week. During this…

I'm sure they realise by now but it would be nice if there was a better system for letting us know that it was being attended to. The announcements and status notifications that I can see are rather ambiguous and not very transparent.

Day 3 of not being able to sync here steps to MFP. Calories don't go back to fitbit either so bidirectional.
-
Mucked up yesterday, synced overnight and is now not updating again today,
-
Yep stopped working yesterday. Updated itself overnight but doesn't work again today.

As a ex developer you can't let this happen all the time or people lose confidence in the product. I rely on MFP - I'd hate to have to enter all my recipes to somewhere else.
-
If I submitted an issue every time Myfitnesspal had a syncing problem I may as well become a paid employee.
-
Same here - wrecked my data yesterday and is continuing to wreck it today.

All of my calories from exercise has been deleted for the past few days history. It updated during the actual days but something has deleted the exercise history.
-
Not working here either. Hopefully they see this thread and take it seriously

I'd love to know why it suddenly mucked up in the first place. They must have scrubbed people's settings when they updated the IOS app or something?

The MFP Calorie tracker estimates your final calorie expenditure very accurately (when it works) and it takes your exercise into account as you do it and doesn't assume you'll be doing any more later on in the day. That's great for me because I'll often do 90 minutes of walking in the morning and then remain largely…

I also tried the fix mentioned here regarding fitbit steps in the IOS app. It does seem to work now after a day. The big question is why did it ever go wrong in the first place requiring me to tick that box in the IOS app. It worked fine for months without this issue. Someone at MFP has fiddled with something or unticked a…

It's very hard to enter a recipe in Fitbit. MFP allows you to enter one and reuse it and divides it into servings - you can also modify it later on if you want tweak the recipe. In Fitbit you can't enter a recipe at all. I have maybe six pages of recipes in MFP and use them all the time when I do my daily calorie…

These screens should show the problem at a single point in time. Compare the first three images with the "Daily Goal" that MFP calculates in the fourth and final image.
-
This illustrates the problem perfectly - exactly the same as what is happening to me. My profile was set up as sedentary and it's like MFP is dynamically changing my base activity level to something higher which causes it to give me a really small exercise adjustment. Then other times if I delete the exercise adjustment…

Yes still broken it's been mucking up for about 3-4 days now. It loses all of my additional calories on a regular basis and reports that I've done no or very little exercise even though I might have done 800-900 calories worth - then later on it might put back half of the calories and still later on maybe it might look…

I actually resized all my old t-shirts using a sewing machine since they were already fairly new when I started to lose weight. It wasn't very hard and there are some good tutorials on youtube.
