Workout a bit harder, drink more water. If I know that I'm going to have a naughty meal then I have a good bit of protein/vegetables throughout the day. All about balance, its ok if you go a bit over...Christmas is only once a year :). Enjoy yourself!

Ahh I hear you! My boyfriend is the same! I feed him loads of protein shakes with oats, pb, whole milk, protein powder. I also bake something yummy like a cake, pie, cupcakes weekly and he always reaches for those. His appetite has gone up loads since weight lifting as well!

I'm 5'5 and 179lbs... started at 225. I used to say that 125 was the best weight for me as well! The more I've lost the more I realized that 140ish is going to be perfect for me. We all have different goals and everybody is different. Just go with how you feel! x

My boyfriend just has double what I have. I always make a lean protein, some sort of pasta/potato and loads of vegetables! You could always have some bread/rolls on hand for them as well x

another vote for overnight oats I also like making a huge batch of bran muffins and pair it with yogurt + fruit! Pinterest has loads of amazing ideas also, search breakfast meal prep :) x

Any EDM or rap songs. This might sound a little cringey but songs that make me think back to a time where I was unhappy and would've been happier if i weighed less, really pushes me to work harder!

^^^ I agree! eat more! I eat 1800 calories a day and am losing, I workout 3x a week for an hour and a half. HIIT cardio and strength training.

I used to have cheat days and it messed me up so bad! Now I allow myself 1-3 cheat meals a week and a treat everyday.
