❓I've been working on all the pre-challenge activities but I don't recall seeing "Plan-Do-Check-Act". Maybe someone could direct me? I want to go through my cabinets and fridge and get the red-flag foods OUT! I have already been working on getting the outdated or bad items removed.

I use my iPhone calendar to remind me to post for the challenge. I have printed out a Weekly Tasks Calendar from Calendar Labs.

I choose to weigh-in everyday in the morning before dressing, eating or drinking. I post my weight on Saturday for the team. I find when I weigh myself everyday, it helps me make better choices each day. I tend to put on water weight due to excess sodium which shows itself in short order including very puffy eyelids. It…
