Made sticky honey and garlic chicken the other day!! The recipe said 4 chicken thighs but I used 4 breasts 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1/3 cup honey 2/3 cloves garlic 1tsp dried basil ( I had to us mixed herbs) Cook on low for 6 hours Serve with rice or veg

Don't "save the best thing til last" on your plate! This will make you rush the rest to get to the good bit! Instead take small amounts of each thing in a circuit
