Set yourself strict rules, allow yourself junk food as treats now and then. For me, what works is setting myself exercise goals. If I earn extra calories through exercise, then I'm more likely to allow myself a treat. Psychologically it helps me justify it, and not feel bad, and physically it's also better than eating it…
