  • you have to eat 3500 above your maintaining level to gain 1 pound. since you net every day hundreds negative with only a weight of 110 lbs and still want to lose 20 lbs i doubt that motivation is your biggest problem here.

  • If you eat 1100 and burn 500 you NET 600! But 800 is even far to low 1200 NET is the minimum for women. Why deprive yourself when you really dont have too. But good luck to you. :)

  • For 235 calories left the day i would go for a steam veggie dinner...big one lol When i would worry about it. Some celery, tomato, snap beans, spinach carrots etc wok them or steam them and walla a huge dinner for around 200 calories But most of the time i just dint worry about it the deficit was calculated over the week.
