indeed and as long you dont gain or lose weight you eat at maintaining level. The malnutrition part is qustion for a professional not a message board

When you are at a healthy weight and eat 2000 calories daily and you dont gain or lose than you are maintaining. So normal. Are you eating now 2000 calories?

No you need more food. Your body is out of its reserves and says feed me! Up your calories a bit You get even more energy. My guess is that you also dont eat your burned exercise back so you dont feed your body even 1200 but less...right?

I eat pretty much this way BP was rocking sky high when i started and came down after about 3 months Now after losing 130 lbs it is normal I eat everything but dont use salt...so i dont add salt to my meals Lots of veggies/nuts/fruits/yogurt/legumes/meat fish and eggs/herbs and spices etc and some oils

And very wrong too. MFP system is made that way that your deficit is build in. This is daily activity NOT calculating any exercise. So when you eat the bottom line (1200) and have a deficit of 1000 calories with that you are depriving and risking malnutrition when you also going to exercise and dont give the body anything…
