Welcome! I'm an old member of FP with a new start to a healthy 2018. I feel so much better after only a couple of days back on track. Have a lot to loose- 50 plus pounds, but I know I can do it with the help of FP and I'm also going to join TOPS in my local community for support.

Steamed vegies are very filling, tossed salad with beans, almost anything plant based with fiber is going to help fill you up.

I'm mostly vegetarian. I eat lots of beans, whole grains, veggies and fruits, eggs, yogurt and almond milk. Also veggie burgers and quorn chicken. I average 60-80 grams of protein per day.

Try eating the bulk of your calories by 5-6pm. I have found that eating too close to bedtime can slow weight loss down.
