I add blueberries to my plain non fat Greek yogurt. And I roast a big pile of Brussels sprouts each week and eat those with my lunch which is often baby spinach, lean ground turkey and salsa. And I munch on raw cauliflower for snacks.

Love my Apple Watch. Have had it since June but I was initially afraid that step tracking wasn't going to be as good as my Fitbit. Within a week I gave the Fitbit away. $60 a month includes all the classes I can take. I go 5 days per week. They have lots of locations and I can go to any one I want. Right now going to thbe one that is just a few blocks from my office downtown and one a few miles from home.

I have been earning about 500-600 extra excercise calories but at most eating back half of those. It has really only been a week so perhaps I just need to be patient.
